Bought this from Amazon yesterday for my son's truck but it didn't fit right. After we modified the holes to get the bolts started, it appears to fit but my son was so upset having to goof with it for over 4 hours, he doesn't want it at all now. New except for two holes that had to be enlarged about 1/4" for the bolts to line up with the holes in the frame.

Paid $265, selling for first $100.
