This group has been one of my absolute favorites to have in my tank. They have spawned and produced babies multiple times the last year that I’ve had them. From the females stunning green eyes to the beautiful bright blue eyes and gorgeous purple, black, and yellow display from the males- who wouldn’t want to add these beauties to their tank?!?! They’re great community fish and have done great from small celestial pearl danios and scarlet badis to the big Pearl Gouramis. They love planted tanks as it feels more like home to them and they’re more keen on spawning in planted tanks. Not to mention their colors look AMAZING against the greenery! They have a very curious personality and are always the first ones to greet you when it’s time to feed or to say hi to the new member/members of the tank. If you want to add a touch of class and beauty to your tank- do not sleep on these beauties
