Contains headphones (adjustable in size and foldable), audio cable, original soft case, and an additional hardcase (Not Dre branded) that was purchased for extra protection.

Only minor cosmetic damage from light use (i.e. Small scratches, scuffs, padding indentation etc. Nothing that effects the functionality.)
