What I am looking for: Acreage: 100+ acres (contiguous or nearby parcels). Water: Must have a reliable, established water source (well, spring, or stock water). No hauling.
Fencing: Looking for ground with functional perimeter fencing.
What I offer as a tenant:
Water Right Protection: I will ensure your water is utilized appropriately to provide the documented beneficial use required to protect your water rights from forfeiture.
Reliability: I live right here in the valley and will be hands-on with the herd.
Property Care: I am committed to being a good steward of your land. I will monitor grazing levels closely to ensure the grass stays healthy and the fences are maintained.
Greenbelt Support: My livestock use will provide the documentation needed to help you maintain your FAA (Greenbelt) tax status.
Fair Terms: Looking for a simple, honest lease agreement with timely payments. If you have ground available or a lease coming up for renewal, please contact me. I’d be happy to come walk the fence line with you.
