The 199,900 BTU Super High Efficiency Natural Gas Tankless Water Heater can provide enough on demand hot water to supply up to 3 bathrooms at the same time (at a 35° water temperature increase). It's also more efficient than most traditional tanks; it's up to 52% more efficient than a standard 50-gallon gas tank water heater. This model has a 0.93 Uniform Energy Factor (UEF), which means it may qualify for local utility rebates and incentives. Plus, this is a smart tankless model; built-in Wi-Fi Technology provides valuable alerts and control from anywhere with a smart phone. The Platinum's venting allows for it to be installed in many locations and it uses PVC for venting enabling an easier installation and reduced installation time; easier installs are just one of the reasons Rheem Tankless Hot Water Heaters are preferred by contractors.
