Damaged box, Lego 40567 Forestmen Forest Hideout GWP Sealed

I live near the airport (Fairpark). No trades unless you have a pristine sealed 21011 Brandenburg Gate or 21027 Berlin. I'd also give $130 in trade value for a like new sealed 21333 Starry Night and that's about it. I'm mostly trying to free up space in my basement, so trading doesn't really help there.

If there's anything you're wondering if I have, please message me about it before showing up so I can stage it. I have hundreds of sets in my basement in boxes, not on easy-to-access shelving.
