I own four Mortuary Plots from Memorial Estates. These are unassigned plots so you can be buried at any of their seven locations. I’m currently listed at the Mountain View Memorial at Cottonwood Heights location, at 3115 E. Bengal Blvd. which most people think is their nicest location. These also have been set up and grandfathered in, so that two caskets can be placed in each burial plot. They no longer allow that, but I purchased these over 40 years ago, and its transferable. So you could have eight people buried in these four plots. The area that I would currently be assigned to is the Garden of Meditation,Revelation,& Reverence. The cheapest plots they sell is for $ 2,700 and you don’t have all of the flexibility and extra benefits that I have which is all transferable. The transfer fee is $175 dollars I will pay

I’m asking $ 1,500 per plot which is almost a 50% discount. If you included sales taxes which I’m not charging it is more than a 50% discount.
