This is for a seven day stay at the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. The rental period is from August 9th (check in 4 p.m.) to August 16th (checkout is 10 a.m.) The rental is solely for occupancy of the unit for the rental period. It does not include any payment for charges incurred while occupying the unit. This is a non-smoking room.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and includes 2 bedrooms, king and queen beds, plus 2 sofa beds, full kitchen and laundry, living room, dining area and balcony. Also free wifi and TVs in both bedrooms and living area. Free parking and a free shuttle service is offered to the beaches and shopping area.

The rental rate for the Villa for the week of August 9 – August 16th is $3,800.00 per unit.

There will be two parking passes available with the villa. One will allow parking outside the villa in close proximity. The second pass is for parking in a covered parking garage on the resort property.
