Used but in generally good exterior condition as far as I can tell. Some plastic is peeling off one of the controls (see photos). Probably could use a new set of wheels. Ran before getting put into storage some years ago. However, tried charging and won't turn on. Not mechanically inclined so couldn't tell you what may or may not be wrong with it.
