Oh my gosh, where do I start? One owner, always garaged and never slept outside unless camping or hunting. I’ve done myself or paid to do every upgrade on this machine. I manage an auto shop and realize how important factory service is and have taken such good care of this machine. I’ve loved this machine and have made so many family memories with her. I’m only selling because life has changed and we do a ton of late season hunting and need a fully enclosed boring SXS, haha. I would be interested in partially trading this towards a 24-26 fully enclosed CanAm defender, Polaris Expedition or General or Ranger.
This RZR HAS 6,000 well maintained miles, but drives and runs like it has 1,000 miles.
Mechanical- Packard Performance low boost turbo kit installed by Packard. STM rage 6 primary and secondary clutch kit with fuel customs 2 piece cover that makes accessing the clutches and belt so easy. Engine fan and clutch fan override switches. I had the transmission rebuilt with SKF bearings by Rusty Stebar. Replaced all 4 axles with Rhinos. All brakes replaced recently with a bearings service. S&B particulate separator with custom piping done by Packard when the turbo was installed. Reusable dry air filter. Dual battery setup with isolation kit and also an auxiliary charge/jump post kit installed for easy access. Heretic headlights and taillights. Rigid light bar, dome light, rock lights and chase lights. Also wired for R1 whip lights (I think I have 2 new ones, I’ll need to check). The suspension was totally rebuilt by Desert Speed Shock Tuning about 800 miles ago. Heavy duty front control arms. Full street legal kit. I’m sure there is other mechanical items I’m forgetting about.
Body/interior/exterior- SDR full cage RSK roof, windshield, doors, hood, grille and trunk. In the trunk is a custom Milwaukee pack out setup that holds everything and anything you’ll ever need to carry on the trail or at the dunes. PRP Door bags. A full front end XP facelift with L.E.D. fang lights. Simpson seats with PRP harnesses. Front floor liner floor mats. Fuel wheels with brand new Coyote tires off my buddy’s 24 RZR. ASSAULT steering wheel, gas cap, mirrors and trailing arm guards.
Stereo- Rockford fosgate marine head unit, marine 6.5” speakers up front and a kicker subwoofer. This custom built setup sounds amazing.
BadAss rear view mirror. R.A.M. Cell phone mount. Like I mentioned, I manage an auto repair shop and know how important maintenance and proper care is for the longevity of any machine and especially off road vehicles. I’ve changed the oil (Mobil1 racing 4t), front differential and transmission fluids (Polaris fluid in the front diff and Mobil1 gear oil in the trans) as well as blowout the air filter and clutches every 3-400 miles max. I did the spark plugs last at 4,000 miles (they might need to be done again soon). I had the valve adjustment done at 2,000 miles and checked them again at 4,000 miles (they didn’t need adjusting). I’ve always ran 91 octane gas.
I have all of the original parts (before the turbo install) and wheels that go with it as well as 2 new belts and 2 really good condition used belts.
I have a ton of money invested in this and it is a steal for anyone wanting a turn key machine at a fraction of the price it would cost to build one. Message with any questions, want additional pictures or if you want to check it out.
