Acceptance of Purchase
You must be here in person to purchase or hold an ATV. Office doors will open at 7:00 am. If there are multiple buyers interested in purchasing this ATV. MAD-D will have a drawing, to select a buyer. The buyer will have 48 hours to come up with the funds to purchase the vehicle. The buyer is required to fill out a Non-refundable Buyers Agreement Form and give a $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) Non-refundable deposit. This deposit will go towards the final purchase price of the vehicle. After 48 hours the vehicle will no longer be held for the buyer, and the $100.00 deposit will not be refunded.
Loading and Transportation of this item is the buyer's responsibility
