Don't bother buying cheap quality tents, you'll regret it! Eezi-Awn are widly considered to be some of the bst, most durable tents on the market, and are the preferred choice of many overlanders. The 1400 refers to the width of 1400mm, which is about 55 inches. Lenght is 96" and which gives enough room to comfortably sleep 2 people with some room to spare. The Jazz comes with a SABS approved 2.5" thick, fabric covered foam mattress. A double stitched 260GSM ripstop canvas, and 9mm (~3/8") thick marine plywood floorboards. Zipper mosquito nets on all doors and windows, as well as zip up privacy panels that also help keep the sunlight out so you don't have to worry about mother nature interrupting your beaty sleep. We've never experienced any condensation inside, which is phenomanal because there is nothing worse than water dripping on you while your sleeping and often happens with tents of lower build quality.
This tent was a demo model for a year before I bought it. I then used it for one year which included a very nice and wet PNW trip. I then bought the exact same tent to match my truck better. I have already sold the black one, so now it's time to let this one go have more adventures!

This is for the tent only, if you do require load bars, I have a couple extra I'd be willing to let go for an extra $300. They are Eezi-Awn K9 Load bars with feet (not clamps.) The feet can be changed to clamps but I don't have those.
