My brother bought this BSA certified Victoronix "Officer Model" pocket knife several years back new at the BSA store up in Ogden, and had it in his car glovebox for any needs he might have.

Therefore, my asking price of $18.00 is VERY fair at about half of this.

You can't even buy the least equipped model Victorinox knife for my asking price.
