this is a brand new unused item. I took it out of the box for photos. I did not want to assemble it's completely. I left that for you! height without the windows is approximately 39" tall. the width without the without wheels is approximately 16" wide. it is lightweight yet very sturdy feeling. it opens and closes very easily. great for using on the beach or wherever you might want to haul stuff around. if the ad is visible then yes it is available. thanks for looking!
