1958-1968 VW Beetle It’s been verbally appraised by 3 different automobile restorers. It needs a full restoration, there is no engine. The inside of the vehicle has not been touched. There are parts that we can see. No one could find a VIN number, you will be given a BILL of SALE and then it’s up to you to get an abandonment title.
