These are working tools. There is one spreader and two cutters. No hoses or pump. I purchased an fire station auction and these came with the things I wanted. Reported as good and well maintained, like you would expect from an FD, they just upgraded. They go for low of $300 each, used, but most are between $500 and $800 used. These are thousands new.
