What’s Included:
All-in-One Bench & Cable Machine: Low-profile combo unit. Includes an adjustable bench (multiple positions) and extendable half-rack arms.
Note: I don't have the pins for the rack arms, but they are easy to replace.
Standalone Pull-up/Dip Station: Sturdy Power Tower for bodyweight work.
Standalone Landmine Base: Perfect for T-bar rows and rotational work.
6 Cable Attachments Included: Tricep Rope, V-Handle, Lat Pulldown Bar, Straight Bar, Low Row Handle, and Metal D-Handle.
Dimensions (Main Unit): 87" H x 50" W x 84" L Condition: Older units with normal wear, but everything is solid and works exactly as it should.
