It has recliners on each side with handy cup holders, and the middle top cushion folds down providing a table with 2 cup holders AND a charging station! I forgot to get pictures of that.
It is pleather, but feels like suede. Very comfortable!
you'll need to pick it up yourself. It's on the second story, so bring a couple of strong people!
