We used for a couple years when purchased brand new in 2006, but has been sitting not used since around 2009. Many accessories included along with the Carpet Shampoo System. Bag refills also included. Renewed/Refurbished ones are going for over $600 and that doesn't include the carpet shampoo attachment.
