This trailer is in like new condition. There are no water leaks or problems of any kind. It has only been used a handful of times since new. Also, we have added a few upgrades that include:

· Upgraded propane system from one 20 lb. bottle to two 30 lb. bottles.

· Upgraded to two batteries from a single, with 2 new batteries.

Tires are very good condition including the spare. It has EZ lube axles. Fresh water capacity is 27 gallons, and the gray and black water tanks are both 30 gallons. There is a stereo system with speakers on the inside and outside of the trailer. The refrigerator is a Dometic DM2672RBX that runs on propane or electric. The water heater is 6 gallon Suburban. The air conditioner works great. This trailer is solar ready. Dry weight is 4040 lbs. A storage cover, tire covers, and equalizer hitch are included. We have all the manuals and many other extras.
