Remolded most of the inside of the trailer except for tub surround and bathroom cabinets. Replaced the aluminum roof with EPDM roof, new substrate and added insulation in areas of the ceiling. Resurfaced and painted the cabinets, knobs and hinges, dinette table, two folding tables next to sofa and countertops. Replaced areas of the ceiling in the bathroom and storage cabinet. Replaced all three ceiling vents and floor vents. Hand sewed dinette cushion covers. Added vinyl flooring and kitchen wall tiles.

Double axle, Electronic Brakes Magic Chef combo range top and oven series BT22J-4T (original to trailer). Jackknife sofa / bed. Dinette turns into a bed and has an upper bunk bed with small window. Winterized. Lots of storage space and cabinets. Big windows that circulate air wonderfully. 7 windows in total. Comes with four jack stands. Full size spare tire, storm windows, all drainage hoses and original manuals. This trailer was very much a labor of love and sadly we have been unable to use it for its intended purpose due unforeseen circumstances.
