Old well built camper. My dad owned it before me for many years. Then I purchased it from him many years ago. Have only used it handful of times over last couple years. I went through and redid all the water lines. Swapped them from metal lines to pex lines, did a by pass line on water heater for the ability to isolate water lines going into water heater. Replaced kitchen faucet as well, repainted whole inside. Installed nice flooring inside. Roof outside is sealed and has no leaks. Inside did redo the ceiling but know it is leak free. Put 4 new tires on 2 years ago. Nice trailer to get you out of the weather and perfect for the hunts. Kitchen table makes into a bed, whole front of trailer makes into a huge bed, bunk bed above it as well. Believe water tank is 75 gallon possibly a 100. LED lights inside on battery power, generator powers other lights. Never could figure out the furnace but didn’t give much time looking into it as well the fridge couldn’t get to work properly. Could be easy fixes but didn’t and still don’t have time to dig into it. Water heater works and stove. Nice older trailer that’s been updated on the inside. Great for small family or for a place to sleep for hunting trips primarily all I used it for. Thanks for looking!
