This is Scotch. A palomino paint mare selling as grade. She is about 14.2 hh and will be 2 in the spring. This horse is currently in training getting 30 days on her so price will continue to go up, but owner is open to offers, just need her gone. Current cons list: Not good to catch. However will let you pet her and catch her if you have grain or hay. Will point her butt at you. Has attempted to kick at me. Little bit spooky with saddling, does not like the cinch or stirrups falling and smacking her. She will buck it off. Is pretty lazy. Doesn’t like to trot or lope, will not back up. I’d recommend spurs for her however we have not used them yet. She has been trimmed before but I haven’t worked with her backs legs yet due to her kicking issue. Pros list: Once she is caught she will lead. She is not head shy. She will lunge and do ground work. Loads and unloads in the trailer just fine. Stands tied just fine. She stands for you to get on and off of her. She has never bit anyone. She’s not terribly spooky under the saddle.
Open to offers the current asking price is $2000 OBO.
