The unit was removed approximately one year ago. It was requested to be removed by the real estate agent when we sold my father’s house. The unit has been in storage for the last 12 months. Batteries were replaced approximately 18 months ago. There were no problems with the unit when it was removed. It includes all hardware brackets, charger and remote controls for top and bottom.

The track is approximately 11 feet long.
