Water resistant, scratch resistant, built in underlayment and all the other goodies that make for a decent floor. Pickup is highly preferred but delivery could possibly be arranged for an extra fee, dependent on location. Price is pretty firm, but I could be open to trade for some high velocity freedom seed dispensers. (If my wife lets me…)
