1992 28' Camp Trailer, Jayco. New tires, Floor is newley remodeled with scratch and stain proof light colored brown wood finished grain. Sewer system is new, just got replaced last September including a new holding tank. Everything inside ( appliances, air conditioner, heater etc ) it works. The awning has a pretty good tear in it, I would recommend replacing it. It has tinted roof air vents that really helped keep the heat and sun glare out during the hot summers. It is and has been a really good trailer, we're just needing to upgrade as our family has grown.
