Looking for someone to take over our 1 bed / 1 bath apartment at The Branbury in Provo. April rent is already paid, so you won’t owe anything until May.

The lease goes through August with the option to renew. Available starting April 8 — move-in ready, with some flexibility if needed.

We’ve truly loved living here — it’s a peaceful, comfortable space in a really great location. We’re only moving to be closer to family, otherwise we would absolutely stay.

Located right by the Provo River walking trail, the area is quiet and scenic while still being close to shopping, restaurants, and everything in Provo. The apartment gets great natural light and has an open, inviting feel.
