All appliances work including A/C, heater, fridge, stove, water heater, microwave, and power awning. Very spacious bathroom with a large storage closet. Plenty of storage all around. Roof is in good shape and is able to be walked on. No leaks inside or in the plumbing. Tires are in good shape.
48 gallon fresh water tank. 4550lb dry weight. 6250 gvwr.
We upgraded to a larger trailer as our family is growing. Available weekday evenings after 5:30 and most of the day on weekends as scheduled. Clean Title in hand. Will come with stabilizer hitch, although I never used it myself because it pulls smooth without one.
