VenmoTundra is a sweet girl who needs a little extra attention. We got her as a rescue pup so I don’t have any of her papers or history. But she’s been healthy so far, NOT blind or deaf (belief me!). She either is or part mini because she isn't very big. We have been trying to train her for my daughter but she has since lost interest and with my loss of job we can no longer afford to care for her. We would like to find a happy loving home who can finish her training. She has WONDERFUL potential! Her recall is good, she sits, lays, stays, crawls, and fetches. She’s very squirmy and fidgety so we’ve been working on her patience and helping her to calm down (putting a treat on her nose and having her wait until I release her to eat it. She’s not too bad but doesn’t like having it on her nose. She will catch it in the air though!)
She hasn’t been super destructive which surprises me! She had one stuffed toy when we got her and she hasn’t destroyed it! (Minus a couple ears but I suspect it’s because my kids were playing tug of war with her more than anything).
She’s been leashed in the yard but only because she figured out how to get through my fence, but she is house trained and stays in a crate in the house at night. We don’t let her roam the house without supervision because we have other small animals and she’s still learning. She’s just over a year old but I don’t have her exact age. She has had all her puppy shots and check ups (I know she got the Parvo shot but I think she might need the distemper one though). And she hasn’t been fixed yet.
She’s been good with our cats, but not so good with our chickens. However, if you have chickens, she can be taught to ignore them. She’s kind of a slow learner but with patience she’ll get! She’s so smart and snuggly! She’ll crawl right into your lap if you let her! Loves games, like fetch, my daughter was trying to teach her pole weaving and was starting to get it (we haven’t followed up with it due to winter).
She loves kids. She will most likely do fine with other dogs but since she’s our only one I don’t know for sure. She barks at the neighbor’s dogs. She’s an Aussie after all! :D
We love her and hate to let her go but it’s what’s best for her right now.
Please let me know if you can be her forever home! She’s priced to sell and the price is as low as I can make it. Sorry.
No codes or scams! I will NOT at all consider them. Seriously! Don’t waste my time!
