VenmoBeautiful Pioneer integrated amplifier from the mid-to-late 70s. It was serviced a little over a year ago prior to me buying it. All capacitors were within spec so they were left alone. Voltage biases were readjusted back into spec. All pots were cleaned with DeOxit and fader lube to make sure everything is moving as it should.
The guy I bought it from did a great job in making/building a real hardwood case. The original was beat up pretty badly. He did an excellent job.
This amp is right around ~20 watts per channel which is more than enough to power efficient speakers. I have read on a couple different threads that a few of these bench tested closer to 25-30 watts per channel… It definitely has that warm and musical sound signature that Pioneer is known for.
This was my first vintage amplifier so I’m sad to see it go but I need to thin out the equipment a little bit. Message me with any questions you might have. Text is best. 801-391-2945. If the ad is still up then it’s still available. Can demo upon request.
