Great condition 25-foot, light weight bunk house trailer. Very clean, sleeps 5 comfortably and can sleep 8 with little kids. Including equalizer hitch, hoses, filter, power adapter, memory foam mattress toppers, tool kit, leveling blocks, wheel chocks, winter cover and, if desired, dishes, utensils and bed linens. Batteries purchased last May. I upgraded the drains to brass 1/4 turn ball valves and the electric tongue jack is new. Fresh water tank holds 30-gallons, black holds 36-gallons. Furnace, A/C, 2-burner stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, 5-gallon hot water heater, awning, double bed sized bunks. Great intro trailer to elevated camping!
