CashAppI'm selling my steel master 30ft W by 40ft L by 19ft tall for 26,000 OBO. I originally bought this to build a cabin/second home out of, which I would still like to do. However life happens and I'm looking to sell in order to use the money for other things at the moment.
This comes with engineered stamped blue prints, instructions and I'm willing to deliver anywhere in Utah for free and surrounding states we can make a deal.
This has windows designed and precut into the steel as well as a common size kitchen sliding door opening on one side. The end caps would be framed in, as gives it a more common house look. 1200 sq/ft base with ability to add a loft for more room as needed.
