I have a suite that I rent full time for my business that is right on the border of Saratoga/Eagle Mountain.

Looking for someone who’d like to rent it part time from me :)

I use it 3-4 days a week for my clients and I’m fairly flexible to organize which days every month or so work best for both of our business’s.

Suite is accessible 7 days of the week, 8am-8pm

Here’s rates 1 day commitment use per week: $65 a day - Still available 2 day commitment use per week: $55 a day ($100 a week) - Still available 3 day commitment use per week: $45 a day ($135 a week) - Still available

2 weeks worth deposit is required, business license and insurance is required (but it’s okay if you’re working towards getting it while you sign on)

I can accept payment via Venmo, cash or card.

I’m currently looking for someone who is looking for a 2-3 month lease commitment which we can talk about extending it if all goes smooth.
