It has an 11' garage with 2 drop down queen beds and cabinets for storage plus side door. **2 big pop outs that work great and really open up living area and bedroom **Brand new roof membrane last year with skylights, vent covers and trim! **Brand new 16ply tires last year balanced on nice aluminum rims! **Brand new awning last year! **Comes equipped with 4 solar panels on roof that keep the 6 batteries charged no problem..has 1000 watt inverter and Bluetooth controler. **on board onan 5500 gold generator with remote start up inside.fires right up! **Newer pull out couch and seat cushions.very comfortable and positioned good for watching tv **Updated flooring and cabinet paint/exterior paint **Big flat screen smart tv that runs off invertor and connects to inside speakers for great sound **Bluetooth radio with speakers inside and outside that you can control zones on radio **L.e.d. lights inside with usb outlets in front and back that works off inverters. **Fuel station that works but leaks a little bit if its on and not pumping. **Front electric Jack's that works great/ rear are manual This trailer is 21 years old and is not perfect but everything functions as it should. there is delamination on exterior and thats its only flaw. reason for selling is need something to fit our new toy
