My brother purchased this brand new, and it is still in its original plastic cover with its washing instructions, when he joined the National Eagle Scout Association in the late 1970's - early 1980's.

As the pictures show, it is in perfectly new condition as it was always kept in its original clear plastic cover/bag.

If you look online, this exact neckerchief in brand new condition has prices from $20.00 to $40.00 (see link below), so my asking price of $10.00 seems very fair.
