VenmoI'm looking for a partner who wants a decent return on their money with limited risk. I currently have 60 rental doors and am looking to grow and stabilize the portfolio. I am a general contractor in Utah and live in Farmington, Utah. My portfolio of rental properties is in Kansas. I purchase, renovate, and either lease up or sell the properties depending on cash flow. (Keeping the best ones and flipping the others) I am tired of using hard money for acquisition and rolling into DSCR loans for long term financing. Hoping to find someone who wants to deploy some capital into low LTV profitable properties for a decent return on their money with minimal risk.
