Got an order for a 20ft x 15ft shed and only one spot to build it. Right where a new 10’ x 10’ shed is. Way below normal price. Make me a fair offer and it’s yours. It has 9 ft walls and another 2 ft to roof peak. Has 360 degree shelf at 8 ft high that can hold 1000’s of pounds of weight. One lower 6 ft long shelf beside front door. Door is a solid wood 8 ft tall door. Back of shed has a 3ft x4ft double paned window w/ 9ft long 3.5’ thick work shelf right below it. It has a 3ft long 3.5’ work bench shelf on each side about 2.5ft above workbench. Made and built like a house to last decades not 3-5 years like those flimsy sheds at Home Depot. Base is 4 - 4 x 6” beams w/2x4’s side by side covering entire floor area then 3/4 inch plywood on top of that for added strength and a smooth floor. Swing or jump on the shelves yourself and see they won’t even budge. Built unlike a shed out there.
