I have a newly remodeled Everest 343L 5th Wheel Trailer for sale. I got this trailer about 2 years ago to stay in part-time while I was building my house. I renovated the trailer and updated all of the finishes. This thing is huge, with 3 large slide outs. At 37' long and 8' wide, there is plenty of room for everything. It has all the upgrades including washer/dryer hookup, bathroom in master suite on 1 level, tons of storage inside, as well as ample storage underneath, dual propane tank hookup, electric fireplace and dedicated desk area, all upgraded LED lights, custom white oak countertops, new paint and flooring, full porcelain toilet, the list goes on. I got this trailer from a guy up in Idaho. He had bought it at auction and my understanding is the snow load one year cause the roof to collapse (not break through). The roof supports just bent under the load. There wasn't any water damage at all. The guy had it fixed and replaced the roof membrane, so it's still all sealed up. It hasn't had an issue since, but does have a restored title. There is no evidence of water damage anywhere in the trailer, and I never saw any as I remodeled the whole thing. The roof membrane is completely intact with no cracks or punctures. I posted pictures of the roof showing that it is all fixed up and sealed. This is a very nice trailer and I'm sorry to see it go, but we don't do enough camping to justify keeping it around. It was a fun project and very comfortable to stay in while we built. The tires have great tread left and I'm not aware of any issues. I have it parked at my dad's house in Erda (near Tooele).
