Well established Rooter Business I started 13 years ago. I focused primarily in Utah County but you can easily expand to surrounding counties.

Over the past 10 years, I've had consistent income and have built the business around repeat customers and referrals.

The business sale includes the business name and reputation, repeat customers, referrals, website, phone number, work van and all tools necessary to clear drains including 2 main line machines, a mini rooter and a bathtub machine and a sewer camera with locater etc as well as lots of other parts.

This business is mainly all labor with very little to no parts necessary to start making money. Drain cleaning does not require any special licensing though having some background in the field would be beneficial.

You could easily get your entire investment back in your first year. I offered flat rate pricing to my customers and there is plenty of room for price increases.
