We are relocating and can’t use it in our new location. It is double stitched for extra strength and has a thick steel pipe frame with foam covers on the upper frame to further protect from injury. It includes 4 pull up handles and a corner-mounted basketball net. The playpen also includes a play mat and a travel bag for storage when disassembled. We are also including over 1100 2.2 inch ball pit balls which will fill the bottom area to keep your little ones fully occupied! This deluxe playpen is spacious enough for both baby and parent to play together. It has a zippered gate to allow easy access into the playpen. It is also soil resistant and cleans easily with a damp cloth. To keep the baby safely in sight, the side panel is made of a visible breathable mesh, and the playpen has non-slip suction cups on the bottom to make it difficult to tip over or move.
