We need this piano out of our house pronto, just a note it is pretty heavy (per movers). You will need multiple strong people to move and some sort of ramp. I googled Conover of Chicago and it could be worth something if restored. We had it tuned like three years ago and there was one broken key which the piano tech moved to a seldom used key.
