1998 CR 500 CR500

Low hours in freshly rebuilt motor (top end, bottom end, transmission). When I purchased this about 15 years ago I found someone had ran alcohol through it and hadn't purged it. It was all rusty. I went through the whole motor. Found a couple broken gears, broken kick starter detent, and every bearing and seal needing to be replaced (motor and transmission). Everything was rebuilt back to 100%. At the time I replaced the clutch too.

Also added: Rad Valve Race Tech Gold Valves (front and rear suspension) FMF pipe and silencer

It's been sitting in my heated garage for 8-9 years with zero use. It's time to pass along to someone that will love it. Too much bike for me these days.

I went through the carb and put some fresh gas in it. Starts and runs perfect!
