My brother was extremely interested in Native American clothing, jewelry and ceremonial items such as this authentic Headdress.
He purchased this Headdress from the original Native American artist by the name of Steve Eagles in the late 1960's I believe from the artists stall at a Native American Arts Show.
As the pictures show, it is in excellent condition; as he kept it in a covered glass display case and at the most brought it out to show friends and family a handful of times. The attention to detail is incredible, especially because it was hand made and took the artist several, several hours to make.
This is NOT some modern headdress imitation made in China or by machine; this IS the real deal.
I know my brother paid close to $200.00 back in the late 1960's for this; and a decent one from that era if you look online starts around $550.00 and goes up past a $1,000.00 for a slightly longer one.
Therefore, my asking price of $125.00 seems VERY fair; as it is far less than what my brother paid for it literally almost 60 years ago. You can't get this level of detail, quality, etc. at any current Native American store for five times my asking price.
If interested, please call or text Randy @ 801-830-7556.
