VenmoLooking to sell my large collection of vintage 8mm home movie film reels collected from estate sales and yard sales. I collected them several years ago to use in my paintings, but decided to go another direction.
124 reels total of various sizes. Most dates are within the range of 1940s-1970s. Includes Kodachrome boxed reels, metal cans, and plastic reels. I also have included the last photo of additional empty cans and reels.
Contents of the film are unknown and untested. These are typical family home movies and mystery footage, many of them include footage of holidays, family gatherings, vacations to natural areas (Yellowstone, Tetons, etc.), and other miscellaneous footage. There are a few reels of cartoons (Snow White, The Gullible Canary, Mickey Mouse) and a 16mm unknown film.
