great 20 ft fifth wheel camp trailer no AC has the area for a shower but no shower head everything else works great sinks toilet has new furnace in it fridge and freezer work great stove and oven work great couch turns into a bed dining table turns into a bed as a queen bed in the overhang toes great tires are almost new has almost new spare tire as well is capable of pulling doubles which I have done with it before axles have been flipped so it has more ground clearance this trailer is a great trailer I don't want to see it go but financially I need to make me an offer thank you
