We picked this up a few years ago and it needed some major TLC. We've updated and cleaned up a lot of things over the years but it's got more room for improvement if you're looking for that. It can also be used just as it is if you're not looking for a project.

No roof leaks!!! 🥳 Or old water damage Good tires (with tire covers!) All systems work (water, heating, cooling, etc) This model has all the works - including laundry! The combo unit needs maintenance or to be replaced. It doesn't drain properly. Drives like a dream! Generator is works well. Tons of storage. we purchased a very comfortable, high-end Queen mattress for bedroom. 1 slide in living room, works great!

We've taken it ok several trips, mostly to Mexico and back but many places. We're just traveling different right now and focusing on other things so it needs a new home where it will be used more.

I have a Nature's Head Composting Toilet that I had intended to put in this unit but never got around to it. I'd be willing to part with that for a discount as well - $800.
