We are 3 active, outdoorsy, progressive people looking for a 4th grown-up to occupy our basement room. We're all friendly and hang out together, even cook occasional shared meals, while respecting each other's personal spaces/property/sleep. Communal areas are kept clean by all of us. There is a cat in the house, too.

We have a washer/dryer in-house and ample street parking. We have 2 refrigerators so we all have plenty of space for our food. The 2 rooms upstairs share the upstairs bathroom, the 2 rooms downstairs share the downstair bathroom. There's a fenced in backyard and a dog door. A well-behaved and trained dog would be allowed!

Rent and utilities are paid on the 1st of the month via Venmo. A deposit of 1 month's rent is due a week before move-in.

What do we need from you? Reach out to me via text or email with a short description of yourself that includes your name, age, occupation, your roommate pet peeve, and your leisure activities! Please do this right off the bat so I know you can read and follow basic instructions. I'll respond to schedule a time to meet up if it seems like a good fit.
