I'm putting out a feeler for my front end setup on my 1999 4Runner:

Deluxe ARB Bumper is in good condition. It has some normal wear and tear but no rust dents etc. It is matched up with the Warn 9k winch. The winch is freshly pulled off the truck and is in great working condition. Remote and free spin both function properly.

The bumper is adjusted for a 2 body lift- but can be modified easily for any 4Runner of this generation.
