We've owned her about 5 years or so. Pulled her to the West coast several times and she pulls beautifully and is very stable. Only weights in at about 4400 lbs dry so any half ton can easily pull her, and even some Tacoma's and lighter weight SUV's.

2ea AGM batteries! Both propane tanks included of course.

No leaks from the roof ever.

AC and Heat both work perfectly. This trailer has an insulated roof with AC ducting system!

30Amp trailer. AC will run when plugged into a regular 20amp outlet though!

Electric slide pop-out works perfectly.

Fridge/Freezer work perfectly and get cold quite fast.

TV/DVD combo unit.

Hot water heater works on gas and starts right up. Electric heat for the water heater I have a new element for it but entire unit needs removed I found out to replace that element and that is not something I have done.

I installed a small inverter unit in the front storage space so when the trailer is not on shore power you can hook up some fans or a CPAP and such at night using extension cord(s).

I installed a heavy duty bumper and hitch for a bike/storage rack.

Replaced all the interior bulbs with LED's.

Replaced the rear tail lights last year.

Replaced the tires last year with really good 8 ply tires, not your normal crappy trailer tires.

Replaced the Awning last year as well. Awning is manual, not electric, but works great with no twisted or bent parts.

Fresh water tank got a leak about 3 years ago and I replaced it with a 45 gallon tank, so it is about 7 gallons more than the original 38 gallon tank. Grey and Black tanks are great with no leaks and drainage gates work perfectly.

Black tank San-T-Flush is clogged so you need to clean out the black tank by putting a hose in the toilet.
