This fifth wheel trailer has some roof damage and leakage in the front nose over the bed. The rest of the trailer is still in good condition with some typical wear and tear. The roof needs to be redone and the inside needs some repairs in the nose.

• Queen bed in the nose with an accordion partition to give it a little privacy. \

Storage under the bunk beds, under the benches of the dining table, External storage along the sides and in the front under the nose. *Dining table with benches, table collapses down into a bed, but one of the brackets that hold the table needs to be replaced *Couch that folds to a bed \

This trailer has been sitting for about 7-8 years without being used. The trailer was winterized with antifreeze before being parked. It will need to be flushed from being winterized. There is no evidence of mice or critters in the trailer.

We really enjoyed this trailer, but bought a cabin and haven't used it since. We thought we would still use it, but we haven't, so we want to sell it now since it's just taking space. Thank you!
